Choose from hourly rates, monthly rates and customized package plans. We will tailor a package to fit your needs and save you time. Once the service is scheduled, payment is made in advance. Cost of products or services are additional. All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.
Hourly Services: Starting at $40 per hour
- 24 hours notice required to arrange services.
General Policies
- A minimum of two-hours is required for all bookings.
- Pre-payment for services is due when a service is scheduled or prior to delivery.
- Hourly rates reflect charges for services rendered by Victoria Concierge but do NOT include the cost of merchandise, repairs, fees or services by our referral network providers.
- Charges incur from the moment we leave our Victoria Office and end when the errand is completed.
- We accept cash, checks and credt cards via PayPal.
- All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.
- A $25 surcharge will be applied on all returned checks (NSF).
- Victoria Concierge has the right to refuse any service which is unethical, illegal, questionable, strictly prohibited by our insurance policy or would put our employees in any danger.
- Same Day Services: Surcharges apply
Membership Package Plans
- There is no registration fee and packages start from $350 per month for a 10-hour block of services.
- We will provide the greatest value and most cost-effective service tailored to your needs.
- Package plans must be paid in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of a service otherwise a charge $30 will be applied. If expenses have already been incurred the client will be responsible for all expenses.
Access to Client’s Property
- If Victoria Concierge cannot gain entrance to the client’s property to complete requested service, the client will be charged for the full cost of the requested service.
Urgent or On-Call Requests: surcharges may apply
- When no advanced notice is provided and services must be delivered the same day.
- We will do our best to accommodate these requests.
