The founder of Victoria Concierge, Maki Burdge, established Personal Concierge services in Victoria in 2006. Through market research, hearing a familiar story from Victoria residents, and her own experience, Maki identified a need for personal and corporate concierge services.

As a working mother with two school-age children involved in everything from violin to ice hockey, and a 7-year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, Maki understands just how challenging family life can be.
